Could you be a
Tree Planning Warden?
A role has come up for a CTG Tree Planning Warden. Cheltenham Borough Council have requested a CTG member to respond on behalf of CTG on planning and tree work applications to the council as well as comment on newly created Tree Preservation Orders.
Such a role would be helpful to the Council as well as help raise the profile of our Group.
Ideally the Warden will have
some knowledge of trees
but some informal training can be given.
Access to a car to visit sites
would be helpful.
The actual role would involve
assessing applications
and writing a short response-
usually no more than a paragraph.
